We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Planning Analyst to join our Commercial Planning team here at Domestic & General. Reporting to the Commercial Planning Manager you will help in providing detailed analysis to deliver the best results for the business.
As a graduate analyst you will analyse company data, focusing on initiatives and business reporting to assist in delivering the growth plan. Evaluate key business trends and provide insights to the commercial and finance functions, as well as monitoring and forecasting sales and demand. You will have a love for data and investigating patterns and trends.

Key role responsibilities
- Forecast business performance
- Produce long-term budget models
- Own and monitor daily reporting, flagging risks and opportunities.
- Support business operations to maximise sales and improve cost per acquisitions.
- Solve complex business issue, across operations, marketing and systems.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across D&G to implement financial and marketing plans.
Skills and experience required
- Interest in data and problem solving
- Good knowledge and understanding of the contact centre KPI's and dashboards
- High attention to detail
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels and business functions
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good business and commercial awareness
- Capable of understanding and applying customer insights
