What you'll do

Sales Technology Adoption (50%)

  • Help Collect data on usage and adoption of new tools which have been implemented to improve the sales experience. .
  • Produce reports on the data collected to evaluate the success of the technology.
  • Comfortable discussing with Sales and other functions receiving verbal feedback on success of technology and adoption.
  • Provide support to the Senior manager, Sales Technology Adoption to do ad hoc tasks to help implement sales technology adoption
  • Implement workflows and validation rules to increase data quality at point of entry and for updates to data when necessary.

Salesforce Policy & Procedures (20%)

  • Document all related definitions, policies and procedures ensuring timely (quarterly at a minimum) update of the
  • Salesforce User Guides including Account Name Change Process and others as required.
  • Rationalise existing documentation and communicate these changes.
  • Provide best practices and recommendations for data management and policies.
  • Collaborate with the business to design and improve processes by identifying and implementing improvements and workflow rules to automate business processes.

Salesforce 1st line support (30%)

  • Resolve the user cases raised in Salesforce, adhering to the 24 business hour response time
  • Develop Help & Training Guides / videos.
  • Provide quarterly Salesforce best practice training to local super users and contribute to sales support sessions.
  • Support users with Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.
  • Keep abreast of new CRM technology and innovation and suggest how this might support the business.

What you'll need

  • Experience in data administration, manipulation, handling and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Knowledge of Data Structures.
  • An overview / strong all round appreciation of technology and how it can deliver business value.
  • Salesforce user Advantage
  • Interest in Sales Processes and Methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Analytical / problem solving skills
  • Understand data concepts and data manipulation
  • Innovative thought processes / approach to work
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, global environment
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Advanced level user of MS Office applications, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint..
  • Fluent in Business-level English (written and orally) - other European languages an advantage
