What is Discover Your Deloitte?

Deloitte recognises that individuals from diverse groups, and particularly those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, are severely under-represented in the Professional Services sector. To address the disproportionate challenges they face, Deloitte is delighted to be running a new initiative in partnership with Bright Network designed to give these students the chance to gain new skills and knowledge and most importantly the confidence to realise their potential and start a successful career in the professional services sector and beyond.

If accepted on to the programme, you will be offered in-depth coaching and support to help you realise your full potential. This will be provided across a variety of formats, including group coaching sessions and signposting to relevant upskilling tools and material with an aim to:

  • Debunk and demystify industry stereotypes and jargon, giving you the “inside” knowledge that is traditionally gained through personal networks of the more privileged, breaking industry barriers
  • Provide a safe space for you to ask perceived silly questions you might not want to ask employers directly
  • Alleviate the stress and anxiety of applying to roles and stepping into the world of work for the first time

You will develop transferable soft skills and commercial awareness, as well as a deep dive into the Spring into Deloitte application & assessment process. We'll also give you a unique application link for your Spring into Deloitte application so we're able to see how you get on and offer you support at the right moments.
