    The U.K. & Ireland is our domestic and most mature market. Functions include commercial, operations and marketing, and teams in the UK&I partner closely with global functions such as product, technology, marketplace and consumer to deliver results for our customers.

    The SMB Team is responsible for nurturing new partners on our platform, guiding them to their first order and demonstrating how to make the most out of the tools available to them. The Small & Medium Business Team (SMB Team) also generates new business for Deliveroo promoting B2B products to new and existing restaurant partners.

    The Role

    Restaurant Onboarding Associates take care of onboarding our new restaurant partners to our platform. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with our restaurant partners, and showing them how to make the most out of the tools and technology available to them through Deliveroo, guiding them to their first customer order, and many more after that!

    What you’ll be doing

    • You’ll work cross-functionally with our Sales, Production and Account Management team to ensure our new restaurants can seamlessly transition into their partnership with Deliveroo
    • You’ll own the relationship with the new restaurants until they are live on the platform and generating enough revenue in order to be passed on to our Account Management team. This will include helping them to get set up, handling any issues they have around launch and providing commercial advice on how to increase order volume.
    • Ensure restaurants are fully comfortable with our processes and systems so that they can make the most of their new partnership
    • Act as the liaison between restaurant and photography team, and ensuring both parties are satisfied

    Requirements

    • A strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
    • The confidence to make regular calls
    • IT literate (including a range of Microsoft software)
    • Highly organised and detail orientated mindset
    • Experience in account management, sales or customer service desirable
    • Ability to take ownership and work within demanding targets
    • Emotional intelligence and empathy
    • Get up and go attitude
