We are London’s leading Corporate Reputation team. We create commercial value by delivering campaigns and advisory work for companies and brands that operate in the full glare of the public spotlight and whose reputations shape their businesses.
We have deep industry expertise and advise on integrated media strategy, digital and content production, crisis planning & response, litigation & legal affairs, employee engagement & advocacy, research & analytics, capital markets and government affairs.
The team includes more than 80 consultants specialising in all areas of corporate reputation and includes former journalists, senior in-house practitioners, government advisors and industry specialists - as well as dedicated sector experts.

The role
This is a junior account service position within our Corporate team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to work effectively with a variety of people of all levels. You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and multiple deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, a passion for the news, media and communications, and enthusiasm for delivering great results for clients are essential.
Responsibilities include
- Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives
- Build relationship with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content often under tight timelines and with competing priorities
- Demonstrate tactical proficiency in media relations, including creating and driving both traditional and social media outreach plans
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals
- Supervise staff junior to you by motivating, coaching and consistently providing feedback
- Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation
- Monitor media trends and social conversations to uncover news trends, new media columns and story ideas for clients
- Providing day-to-day account support and managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping teams organised and updated
Key requirements
- The account executive must have at least one year of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing
- Ability to multi-task and work in a matrix structure
- Ability to work calmly, accurately, and efficiently under multiple deadlines, often with short lead-times
- Ability to develop relationships with media and apply experience and initiative in developing traditional and digital media relations strategies
- Enthusiasm and energy for communications and delivering great client work
- Ability to conduct accurate, detailed research and analysis across digital and social media
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to articulate point of view
- Exceptional attention to detail,tenacity, and organisation and planning skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit - willingness to ‘get stuck in’ and make the most of opportunities
