    We are now seeking to recruit a New Product Development Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in the design, verification and qualification of several components within our newest pump design.

    Job responsibilities

    I this varied position, you will spend your time doing both practical and theoretical work, developing your technical expertise while contributing to green engineering solutions that can make a meaningful impact on global fuel savings. Duties will include:

    Component design ownership including

    • Updating and maintaining detailed model and drawings (through Siemens Team Center/NX).
    • Collaboration with suppliers to ensure design requirements are understood and adhered to.
    • Identify opportunities for design cost down and verify changes through prototyping and testing.
    • Design of experiments to validate designs.
    • Assist with builds and inspections of prototypes for internal testing and customer trials

    You will also be involved with other day-to-day engineering activities and support them wherever necessary.
