    We are seeking a Talent Development Administrator to join the CSG People team during an exciting period of business change and growth. This is a new role on a 6 month fixed term contract. The purpose of the role is to support the delivery and initial implementation of a new learning solution, as well as providing general talent development administrative support.

    Who you’ll be working with

    You will be an integral part of the CSG People team and will work closely with a project team and internal stakeholders to support the provision of a progressive talent development service, helping colleagues succeed, encouraging successful outcomes for clients and supporting the delivery of the CSG business plan.

    This role will be linked to our Birmingham office, but offers high levels of remote working.

    What you will do

    Tasks will include but are not limited to

    • Working with the business to support the initial implementation of an exciting new development project, with responsibility for the accurate maintenance of colleague development records;
    • Downloading and monitoring training completion reports;
    • Administering the upload of training materials to the Learning Management System;
    • Logging subject matter experts, review dates for training materials and requesting learning content reviews;
    • Responding to talent development related queries and requests;
    • Supporting the planning, set up and organisation of the CSG induction day event and other in person and virtual Teams learning events;
    • Assisting with administration of communications promoting new training opportunities;
    • Administering learning evaluation processes;
    • Supporting the administration of professional funding requests and sponsorship agreements;
    • Managing external booking process and invoice approvals; and
    • Ensuring an effective, timely and consistent provision of administrative support.

    Who you are

    • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential;
    • Experience of working within a HR team and professional services environment is preferred;
    • Passionate about fostering talent and supporting a culture of learning and development;
    • IT literate, with demonstrable experience of using word, excel (formulas, pivot tables, look ups) and PowerPoint;
    • Organised and able to effectively prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines;
    • Excellent communication skills, with a positive, enthusiastic approach to work;
    • Solutions orientated, with an interest in innovation and improvement; and
    • Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive).
