Our Sustainability team is advising clients at corporate level on their ESG strategy and also focusing on improving the sustainability performance on large portfolios and individual assets, making buildings more sustainable, healthier and more productive places, while also enhancing social impacts.

Working for this team you will be at the heart of this transition to sustainable buildings and reducing our client's environmental impact across the property lifecycle.

This programme is non-rotational, but you will have plenty of opportunities to build up broad experience across the whole department.

What to expect

You will help to deliver a broad range of projects for our clients. In fact, there will be no limit to what you can get involved in.

You’ll undertake a bespoke two-year training programme designed to give you an expert understanding of our business as well as develop the skills vital to a career in real estate sustainability.

Eligibility

You’ll need to be on course to achieve a 2.1 in a specific accredited degree, or already hold a 2.1.

A good eye for detail is important too, as is the readiness to get involved in whatever project comes your way.
