On this programme you will receive all the training and support you need to achieve your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Our UK Living division provides transactional and advisory services across the Living sector, headquartered in London and operating across our UK office network.
You’ll gain extensive practical experience on rotations in a number of our teams, including Residential Valuation, Development Agency, Build to Rent/Residential Capital Markets, Student Accommodation, Senior Living, Development & Strategic Advisory and Planning.
What to expect
You will be working with internal and external Cushman & Wakefield teams, as well as liaising with a variety of clients. This will enable you to build your knowledge on a range of Living projects.
Whatever your role, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop the skills and expertise you need to pass the APC first time.
Key areas of development will include; valuation, purchase & sale, development appraisals, financial analysis and carrying out inspections and undertaking measurements.
The programme with consist of three 8-month rotations within your two year structured training period.
Eligibility
You’ll need to be a final year undergraduate on course for a 2:1 or a postgraduate studying for a RICS accredited Masters.
We’ll also consider recent graduates who already hold a 2.1 or RICS accredited Masters.
