The team
Craneware is seeking passionate technology graduates to join our successful teams in designing, developing, and delivering top-tier software solutions for TCG products that drive advancements in the US healthcare market. We’re building a team of forward-thinking innovators who are eager to collaborate closely with product and customer-facing teams to create new Cloud-based applications.
We are expanding our current platform and SaaS product offerings by using cutting edge technology to process very large data sets that will provide actionable insights for our customers. Architecting our solutions with a best of breed approach to technology, the .NET platform is leveraged in order to provide the necessary scale and rapidly bring products to market. Innovative, collaborative, and agile are critical skills that our engineering team members must possess in our environment.
You will be
As a participant in the program, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver technical solutions.
- Gain exposure to a variety of technologies and tools, such as [list relevant tech: Python, AWS, Machine Learning, etc.].
- Rotate through key departments (e.g., Software Development, Data Engineering, IT Infrastructure) to broaden your expertise.

You will bring
We are looking for highly motivated recent graduates who:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have a strong passion for technology, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Are proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java, C++, etc.).
- Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Are eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
