We’re on the lookout for a e-Trade Optimisation Assistant to join our SME and Schemes Team.

    This role is fully remote, so can be performed from home. But if you’re keen to get into the office, you can too!

    What will I be doing?

    • Support a successful, growing, profitable and efficient e-traded business portfolio across all our product range.
    • Assisting with management of e-Trade system defects and reporting of them.
    • Contribute to the development of existing products and the launch of new products working collaboratively with other departments, and externally with brokers.
    • Support maximising the efficiency of e-traded trading processes, particularly through contribution to the development of competitive pricing mechanisms and highly effective and efficient referral practices.
    • Build close and productive relationships with digital and software house suppliers to maximise build and deployment of our products through their models.
    • Support the development of our trading management information, metrics and dashboard to maximise ability for our teams to trade effectively and profitably and demonstrate effective oversight of trading activity.
    • Assist with presenting recommendations with Senior e-Trade Optimisation Consultants to Product and Channel Leads, Development and Operations managers in optimising the sales funnel by conducting regular reviews of available data.
    • To assist in consolidating and analysing broker feedback.
    • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Trading Teams and be able to report their requirements for changes to the products or systems.
    • Understand agreed service levels and assist in finding methods to consistently exceed them.
    • Build an up-to-date knowledge of the SME and E-traded market and competitors.
    • Complete other activity over and above those listed in the role profile, appropriate to your skills and experience
