We're on the lookout for a creative and organised Events Summer Intern to join our HR & Comms team. If you're buzzing about bringing people together and love the idea of making events happen behind the scenes, this could be the role for you. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support with delivering successful and engaging events that align with Compare the Markets strategic goals.
This is a 10-week paid Summer Internship based at our Peterborough office, starting in July 2025. The internship is ideal for someone at University in either their 2nd year or 3rd year (if studying a 4-year degree).

Some of the great things you will be doing:
- Help organise and deliver first class events for our colleagues – think venue hunting and site visits, to event design, project coordination and more.
- Work with our internal teams and external suppliers to keep things running smoothly.
- Measure how our events run, whilst sharing ideas to make the next ones even better.
- Team up with our internal comms team to match event content to our strategy.
- Bring fresh thinking – know what’s trending and suggest new ideas.
What you’ll need
- Be comfortable working at pace.
- Big interest and passion for events – from idea to delivery.
- Great communicator – both written and spoken.
- A creative mindset with awesome organisational skills.
