    Key duties and responsibilities

    Bid Coordination & Production:

    • Assist in preparing, designing, and submitting high quality bid proposals, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tender documents.
    • Create visually engaging layouts and presentations in Adobe InDesign.
    • Work closely with bid managers and technical teams to develop compelling and persuasive content.
    • Ensure all submissions meet client requirement, company branding and industry best practices.
    • Manage big timelines ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.

    Marketing design:

    • Develop and maintain company brochures, case studies, social media graphics and other marketing materials.
    • Design engaging degital and print content using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Manage website updates, social media content and email marketing campaigns.
    • Support internal and external branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence.
    • Assist with event planning, exhibitions and sponsorship materials.

    Skills and experience required

    • Experience in bid coordination or similar role within constructionor a related industry (preferred).
    • Strong writing and proofreading skills wit attention to detail.
    • Ability tomanage miltiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
    • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (essential).
    • A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, layout and branding.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
