Now there is a fantastic opportunity for two curious and passionate Graduates to join our Northern Europe Hub Team. Could this be you?

A glimpse of what you’ll experience during your first two years

Over the duration of the programme, you will rotate through various functions within the business, with rotations within our Customer Development and Consumer Experience Team. You will work with our Professional Oral Care, e-Commerce, Finance and Supply Chain teams in the rotation. You will also have the ability to collaborate with some of our largest customers in the UK such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco & Asda.

Consumer experience

  • Supporting the management of launches and relaunches of our Experientials products end to end. Including packaging, digital commerce, website, social assets, home tester club etc
  • Partnering with our digital transformation team to deliver outstanding whitening and equity campaigns across CRM, search, digital media, PR and influencers as well as testing new media like pinterest, tiktok, google tools etc
  • Supporting our HUB markets across UK, Ireland & Nordic markets across 5Ps
  • Working with our social enterprise partner ‘Change Please’ across the management, PR and social of Committing To Change initiative (providing dental services to people experiencing homelessness)
  • Day to day management activities raising product orders, purchase orders plus tracking and management of advertising and promotional spend

Customer development

  • Working as part of a dynamic customer development team working across the UK’s number 1 retailer
  • Responsibility for investment invoicing and financial analysis
  • Externally building collaborative commercial relationships and networks with our retailers, driving engagement and optimising business plans and opportunities
  • Internally collaborating cross functionally with the Brand Managers, Category Management and Shopper teams to develop the most customer-centric category growth plans and deliver outstanding store execution
  • Encourage and own the relationship with our external field sales team to ensure promo compliance and on shelf availability

Who you are

  • In your final year/recently completed degree with a 2:1 or above
  • The right to live and work in the UK for the entirety of the graduate programme
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive individual who can handle multi-tasking, with outstanding planning and priority setting
  • Passionate about brands, retail, shoppers and the consumer
