A broad role that supports the activities of the Fashion Marketing and CRM team to ensure strong support of our retail teams and implementation of a luxury experience for our clients through all touchpoints. You will collaborate with various departments at both a UK & Global level, exchanging information and liaising with various levels of management. A willingness to learn quickly, problem solve and a strong attention to detail will be key to success in this role.

What impact you can create at Chanel

  • Events

    • Coordination and support in the implementation of client events, to continually surprise and delight, and to reinforce CHANEL’s authority as a luxury leader
    • Invitation management, gifting preparation, liaising with third party suppliers, and documenting post-event feedback
    • Utilising fresh eyes and curiosity to contribute to competitive reviews and propose suggestions to ‘wow’ our clients
  • Communications & Retail Support

    • Support in marketing communications, including the briefing and testing of email campaigns, distribution of brochures and other collateral to our boutiques, and collating feedback from the retail teams
    • Support in providing content via retail touchpoints such as digital back-office screens, and the creation of our bi-annual internal magazine
  • Client Intelligence

    • Support with retail engagement programme for CRM through assisting in training sessions, boutique visits, producing ad-hoc reports, and planning seminars
    • Support with the rollout & evolution of the new FA app by updating training materials, supporting with training sessions, participate in testing & tracking improvements
