The role
The high-level elements of this role are:
- Support the marketing team with the creation of physical and digital marketing materials.
- Manage existing internal communications channels across our sales, commercial and technical teams and to our wider internal audience.
- Support brand awareness and promotion across our key sectors.
- Undertake research and data/market analysis to build our knowledge of key market segments.
- Support our drive for better, modern and more effective communications.
Responsibilities
Use of digital and non-digital marketing routes to execute marketing strategy and plan.
- Support colleagues in the production and delivery of physical marketing materials and product samples.
- Help to identify and build knowledge of CCL Design’s target market trends, customers and competitors to support business development activities.
- Work with technical and sales colleagues to develop and update key marketing collateral, including presentations.
- Communicating with our internal colleagues across our global sites.
- Using data and analytics to report on effectiveness of ongoing campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
- Write and edit digital content.
- Support our participation and attendance of industry events, conferences and trade shows.
- Assist in creating digital and promotional material, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
About you
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject or 1-3 years practical experience within a Marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of basic business and B2B marketing concepts.
- Ability to work unsupervised and to a high level of accuracy and presentation.
- Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and search engines.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications and digital analytics tools.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva and Adobe Illustrator) would be an advantage.
