CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an Intern to join the Syngenta team. This role will focus on our global program management function. You will get hands on experience around implementing solutions to improve operational performance, from client engagement, governance, to implementation.
The Syngenta contract is responsible for delivering Facility Management, workplace and project management services to over 300 sites in 45 countries on behalf of their client across this portfolio.
This is a 1- year fix term placement within a set division.
Key Tasks
- Support and co-ordinate the Learning and development program. You will own the development and collation to support our global team
- You will also support the various subject sections of our business such as communications, sustainability, analytics, data and reporting and projects. This will give you a great understanding of how a contract works.
- The Intern may spend time with the subject matter experts across our operational excellence team to build an understanding of what we do, how we do it, and get to know our client.
- The Intern will be actively involved in supporting Global leadership activities – by hands on involvement in reporting and working to support monthly reviews.
- You will support the strategic account plan, by collaborating with other key parts of our business to help drive further opportunity and gain an understanding of how other parts of the business operate
- Understanding the monthly governance of our contract (meeting cadence etc)
- Be actively involved in team and management meetings
- Customer relationship management
- Understand and participate in days to day activities (basics such as account playbooks , QHSE, reporting etc )
- Understand CBRE People policies, systems and processes

- Any other ad-hoc duties to assist the wider team.

- This role is based on 40 hours per week, with the ability to be flexible to business demands.
