Our Continuous Improvements team are looking for an enthusiastic professional, to join our team as a Junior Change Consultant, where you will support the Head of Continuous Improvements and the Senior Change Consultants in the team, with delivering, governing and controlling continuous improvements across the business.

The Continuous Improvements team sits within our Pensions Administration Operation and it is our responsibility to coordinate continuous improvements for our internal colleagues, and our existing client base, whom we deliver first class pension administration services to.

Our span of change can range from large blue chip strategic transformational deliveries through to small bespoke client solutions. Working closely with other stakeholders the scope of the change we manage is wide and varied.

Job description

You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of continuous improvements working alongside the Head of Continuous Improvements, Senior Change Consultants, Operational colleagues across Pension Solutions and our technology supplier. The main objectives of the role are to:

  • Support the Head of Continuous Improvements and Senior Business Change Consultants with governance and controls of change improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Support the Head of Continuous Improvements with co-ordinating the delivery of the change, through the Continuous Improvements delivery lifecycle.
  • Working with the Senior Business Change Consultants on the team to preparing Change Mandates by gathering and interpreting business and client requirements.
  • Assist in Workshops for change initiatives
  • Management of the delivery of small change, with the opportunity to move to the management of larger scale change.

Skills, knowledge, and experience  

Essential

The successful candidate will be someone who can operate comfortably as a member of our team and has the ambition and drive for a career in Change Management. You will also:

  • Be comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have high professional standards
  • Understand customer service and customer management and be able to manage internal stakeholder relationships positively and effectively
  • Be able to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills which can be applied to a wide range of issues

Desirable

  • Experience of Pensions
  • Experience of Change Management, Project Management/PMO
  • Experience of using LEAN or equivalent CI methodologies
  • Experience of Process Mining and Process Mining Tools
  • Excellent facilitation skills/leading workshop
  • Experience of Sharepoint – Building sites, forms and automation in the tool
  • Strong leadership skills
