We are now looking for students or those in the early stages of their career to join our Summer Internship Programme 2023 - a 3-month paid Internship between June and September 2023. This is an excellent opportunity to gain relevant work experience through a dynamic, innovative team developing industry-leading medical imaging solutions. We create technology and tools that make a meaningful difference to people's lives; helping doctors to help their patients restore their health and well-being. The work is fast paced and intellectually stimulating.
Applications are welcomed from undergraduates in the latter stages of their study or early-stage postgraduate students.
Clinical interns may work with multi-modality data within the context of clinical decision support (CDS) systems that are used by clinicians to aid decision-making for diagnostic or treatment purposes. The project scope will include review and evaluation of how best to incorporate Image Analysis (IA) and Artificial intelligence (AI) within these CDS systems. There will also be an element of UI/UX in relation to IA/AI-derived information presentation.
Applicants should have some anatomical and physiological knowledge that they are keen to build on and should be analytical with good attention to detail. Any additional experience with cardiology and/or related clinical workflows is a bonus but not an expectation. Similarly, an interest in UI/UX will be beneficial.
