    About the role

    We are looking for an Exam Processing Administrator to join our Shared Resource Team working with our Cambridge International Operations. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to provide the efficient and accurate processing of several tasks depending on which sub-team they are related to and to promptly address customer inquiries. This role plays a vital part in the delivery of results on time and accurately to our customers.

    As an Exam Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of each examination cycle. This role, within the Shared Resource team, encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities. Reporting to a line manager, you will need to establish a high standard for the following activities:

    • Take responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of an agreed set of operational processes.
    • Champion excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders as required via telephone, email and face-to-face.
    • Advocate collaborative working relationships with Operations team members and colleagues across the organisation.
    • Pioneer and identify process improvements.
    • Take part in new developments and the delivery of new products and services as required.
    • Perform other duties as defined by their line manager.
    • Paid overtime and weekend work during busy periods will be required.

    About you

    As an Exam Processing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in examination administration process working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. You will be an ideal candidate if you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment.

    We don't expect that you'll necessarily have previous experience working in our field. We'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed. One thing you must bring, and share, is a great attitude. What we do is important, and we are passionate about exceeding our own and our customers' expectations.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage timely completion of multiple tasks.
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
    • Ability to learn new skills and processes quickly.
    • Strong team playerwith the ability to work independently when required.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
