Are you passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and advice? We're looking for a People Advisor to join our People Team on a permanent basis.
As an People Advisor you'll gain valuable insights into a wide range of HR-related work. Your proactive and collaborative approach will help you succeed as you provide professional support to people across the business.

What you'll be doing
- Act as the main contact for new starters and conduct exit interviews.
- Provide wellbeing support and manage occupational health referrals.
- Support individuals on sick leave and family leave, ensuring a smooth return to work.
- Assist with performance management and career development.
- Prepare and analyse people data to present to the wider team.
- Support annual processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and salary reviews.
