Are you a motivated and aspiring Project Management professional looking to embark on a career in legal project management?
We are seeking a Legal Project Coordinator to join our fantastic Legal Project Management team. In this role, you will support our Legal Project Managers, Senior Legal Project Managers, and the Manager of Legal Project Management by assisting in the development, coordination, and execution of legal projects. You will take on administrative and operational tasks to optimize efficiency in legal matters, contribute to planning, and ensure seamless project delivery.
What you will be doing
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track and monitor project budgets and expenses for reporting to legal teams and clients.
- Analyse and present key data concisely.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and tasks, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Support the Manager of Legal Project Management and Senior Legal Project Managers with administrative tasks.
- Organize and manage team files, documents, and templates.
- Foster relationships between the Legal Project Management team and internal business teams, legal teams, and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for raising the profile of Legal Project Management internally and externally.
- Stay informed of technological improvements and collaborate with Innovation specialists.
