We’re looking for a Junior People Partner to come on board at an exciting time in the Brainlabs journey. Building great relationships with your stakeholder group will be key, you’ll embed yourself in their teams and support them on all things People (HR), ultimately ensuring our people have a great experience.

What we’d like you to do
- You’ll spend the majority of your time partnering with your stakeholder group, being their go-to person on all things People (HR). This will be driven by need, but will include managing employee relations cases, understanding opportunities around engagement and implementing any global initiatives.
- You’ll collaborate across your stakeholder group and within the People team, taking a test and learn approach to ensure we drive the right outcomes.
- As necessary, you’ll get stuck in on project work too, ensuring that the end-users voice is represented and playing your part in implementing new ideas too.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a partnering role, working with a broad stakeholder group and using your knowledge of key HR competencies (e.g. Employee Relations, Engagement, Change)
- Experienced at building effective relationships quickly, using these with your strong communication skills to add value
- A good listener, with the ability to use effective questioning and data to get to the root of a problem
- An eagerness to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset and positive attitude
- A passion for people, keeping an eye on external trends and considering how this could be used in the workplace
