We’re looking for a Jnr New Business Executive who will contribute to an already successful sales team helping exceed our sales targets.
The roles is responsible for generating leads and qualifying new opportunities.

Give me a breakdown of what a Business Development Executive at Brainlabs does:
- Researching Leads (30% of your time). Using Linkedin or other software to identify the right contacts to target
- Developing new campaigns: (30% of your time). Creating new targeted campaigns in conjunction with the wider sales and marketing teams to deliver higher levels of success
- Client engagement (30% of your time) Arranging meetings with clients, or speaking with them directly to understand their and qualify the opportunities
- Training and Development: (10% of your time). We want to continue to be on the cutting edge of the industry, so we place a high value on continued education and training for you and your team as we evolve
What talents and experience would suit this role?
- Experience/passion in sales or commercial account management, preferably within digital, media or retail Industries
- Hungry and proactive attitude, with the desire and passion to provide an excellent standard of sales acumen to prospects
- First-hand experience with a wide variety of levers used to drive growth, including using traffic drivers such as LinkedIn and marketing tools and how to optimise conversion
- Passionate about learning more, diving into complex challenges and developing solutions
- Solid level knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Demonstrated alignment to our company values
- A team player who wants to win collectively
- Resilience, and will not take “no” personally if unsuccessful in your first attempt
