What we’d like you to do
- Be able to competently interrogate a client brief, which starts with understanding and dissecting the client’s objectives and challenges and ends with a compelling and competitive solution
- Independently own creative proposals and the deck creation process - including proposal structure, overarching narrative and deliverables
- Participate in brainstorms to collaboratively develop original and compelling creative ideas and executions
- Quality checking and reviewing creative work to ensure it successfully meets the clients request and expectation
- Demonstrate the ability to lead the planning process, including insight development, running focus groups, conduct market research, develop strategic recommendations, reference culture and societal behaviour
All sounds great right? So here’s what we’re looking for
- Relevant experience working on Creative or Strategy, within an agency or in-house
- Idea-first thinkers. People who are able to apply that thinking to all media, including social, OOH, digital and PR. Working with our wider team to contribute and deliver outstanding creative work
- Strong analytical, storytelling and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with strong deck making, presenting and copywriting skills
- Not essential, but Sports and Gaming knowledge is a bonus!
