The role will kick off with the Brainlabs Academy (aka our tried and tested world class training scheme). This will give you the perfect introduction to the industry and get you up to speed with best practice. Through lectures, practicals and being thrown in the deep end with your work mentor we’ve got you covered from:

  • Learning how to set up game-changing campaigns from scratch for our diverse range of clients (think F1, Selfridges, Estee Lauder, Samsung and Wayfair to name a few!)
  • Learning to analyse the performance of your client’s campaigns and getting stuck into the data
  • Learning the skills of strategy to generate an action plan to constantly improve account activity
  • Cracking those client-facing skills and learning how to communicate your success be that face to face, via email, phone or through presentations!
  • Training with industry experts to catapult your digital marketing career

Following the first couple of weeks, you will then enter a period of specialist training in the channel that we feel suits your strengths, as discovered within our tried and tested recruitment process. This will propel you into a career in paid social, paid search and programmatic.

What does your day to day job look like

Taking everything you have learned in the Academy and applying it to your role, including, but not limited to:

  • Building your knowledge of the products and services that Brainlabs offers to our clients
  • Becoming an expert in the channels that we plan, execute and optimise for our clients
  • Understanding how you can help grow your clients’ business
  • Developing strong, strategic relationships with your key clients
  • Beginning to understand the commercial details of the clients you work on
  • Building relationships with key media owners
  • Getting to know your fellow Brainlabbers, collaborating and connecting with your immediate team and beyond
  • Completing all of the certifications you need to make you an indispensable partner for your clients

What is the interview process for the Brainlabs Academy

Our process has been designed to give you the chance to find out what life is like here at Brainlabs and for us to see what makes you special! After you’ve submitted your application (at this stage we just ask for a CV), you’ll be sent a few questions for us to get to know you better. If we’re impressed, we’ll then want to quickly test your maths skills before hopefully inviting you to an assessment centre! Our assessment centres are bags of fun (yes, we’ve somehow made interviews fun!) and will give you the chance to experience a day as a Brainlabber to make sure it’s just as might the right choice for you, as it is for us. We can’t wait to meet you soon!

Assessment Centres will take place on the 15th, 16th, 17th of November and the role start date will be the 10th January.
