Purpose statement
As part of the Marketing Excellence EMEA team, this role contributes to delivering excellence in customer experience and omnichannel marketing.
The Digital Marketing Specialist designs and ensures proper execution of digital campaigns as part of the integrated multichannel communication programs to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strengthen Boston Scientific brand.
The role defines digital strategies, manages digital media as well as production and generates digital analytics reports.
Key Responsibilities
- In line with Boston Scientific’s digital strategy and in collaboration with key partners in EMEA and Global Digital Marketing, define and implement digital campaigns with clear deliverables, milestones, accountabilities, and measures of success that are needed to accomplish business objectives of the division(s).
- Ensure compliance of all digital initiatives with Boston Scientific’s digital ecosystem and act as ambassador of Boston Scientific’s digital strategy.
- Manage digital medias (organic and paid search, email, social media, display, retargeting), ensuring engagement and conversion, and optimizing cost.
- Coordinate digital production resources and drive effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of high-quality digital assets (websites, email, webinars, virtual events, online forms).
- Define digital KPIs, ensuring proper tracking and gathering results. Create and deliver campaign reports with insightful recommendation to the business through compelling storytelling and visualization; use qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous UX enhancements.
- Manage digital vendors and in close collaboration with key media, in compliance with Boston Scientific policies.
- Demonstrate successful collaboration with key partners in EMEA and in Global Digital Marketing and drive excellence in creating synergies, cross-fertilization, and continuous improvement.
