    Key responsibilities

    • Plan materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials needed for production.
    • Analyse material consumption data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in material planning processes.
    • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing material planning efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to ensure optimal stock availability while minimising excess inventory.
    • Prepare detailed reports on customer demand vs. capacity.

    What you will need

    • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, a STEM field or equivalent experience through an apprenticeship or relevant work experience.
    • Demonstrated interest or aptitude for quickly acquiring IT skills; experience in scripting or coding (desirable)
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is desirable (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Access).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
    • Able to commute to the site location at least 5 days a week.
    • Previous experience using SAP (desirable)
    • Proficiency in a foreign language (desirable)
