    Key responsibilities

    • Support Business in daily IT challenges, as well as in delivering Business/IT projects and smaller work packages
    • Support SAP Key User community by coordinating and communicating current IT/Business demands
    • Support of IT application and infrastructure portfolio
    • Determine the needs for business improvement, process digitalization and automation in the manufacturing factory
    • Contribute to the implementation of solutions to increase efficiency, flexibility and sustainability in manufacturing
    • Support to optimize production/logistics processes and increase efficiency
    • Collaborate in the international and cross-functional team
    • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Help with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
    • Support the installation and updating of software applications.
    • Document IT issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
    • Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts and devices.
    • Maintain IT inventory and track equipment assignments.

    Person profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degree
    • Practical experience of Information Technology, Software and Hardware
    • Basic understanding of Windows operating system.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.
    • Strong customer focus skills, ability to understand and translate business requirements to IT
    • Familiar of the IT Service Delivery model, ITIL
    • Initiative, motivation and openness to new and innovative technologies (business process automation, RPA and AI)
    • IT Projects Management experience is a plus
    • Ability of establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team
    • Fluent in English
    • Communication and teamwork skills
