What will I be doing?
Our Global Trainee Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our HR teams, gaining hands-on experience in operational HR, talent development, and data-driven decision-making. Over the course of two years, you will rotate through three key areas, developing a comprehensive understanding of HR’s role in business performance and employee experience.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams, including Talent Operations, HR & Operational Efficiency, and HR Data & Analytics. Through these rotations, you will gain valuable insights into how HR drives organizational performance and supports business growth.
Some teams you could be working with include
- Talent Operations & HR Development – We oversee key HR functions such as recruitment, talent development, and operational HR metrics. Our goal is to attract the best talent, support employee growth, and ensure HR processes align with business needs.
- HR & Operational Efficiency – By working directly with operational teams, we ensure that HR strategies effectively support business performance. We analyse workforce efficiency, track key HR indicators, and help optimize HR support for field teams.
- HR Data & Analytics – We leverage data to drive HR decision-making, from workforce planning and reporting to performance tracking and predictive analytics. Our mission is to create a data-driven HR function that enables smarter workforce strategies.
