    We’re looking for a permanent Digital Services Assistant to join our Digital Services team in Cash for Kids based at our Belfast office.

    As the Digital Services Assistant you’ll work closely with the Group Digital Development Director and Digital Services Manager supporting live campaigns and long-term digital projects. You’ll also liaise with a range of internal stakeholders, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the successful delivery of our digital services.

    Our team

    Cash for Kids is the umbrella brand for 22 local children’s charities in the UK. Owned by Bauer Media, we are aligned to the Bauer Radio local radio stations and raise funds to grant to under 18’s who are sick, disabled or underprivileged.

    This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in Belfast.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Provide helpdesk support for the Cash for Kids Digital Services function
    • Offer administrative support to internal and external system users.
    • Deliver onboarding, inductions, training tailored to all Cash for Kids digital platforms
    • Create and update training materials and resources for new development releases
    • Support the planning and delivery of local and national digital campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
    • Monitor and resolve system queries with our in-house fundraising platform.
    • Work with the Digital Services Manager to ensure high quality data entry and maintenance.
    • Stay informed on national digital fundraising trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

    What you’ll bring

    • Energetic, enthusiastic with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic
    • Experience using a wide range of digital tools and platforms.
    • Confident self-motivated communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
    • Able to interpret and analyse data from digital platforms.
    • Commercially aware and naturally curious about emerging trends.
    • An understanding of charity fundraising, events and data management is desirable.
