About the Role

Our people-centred culture, combined with our tech and data expertise, makes us one of the UK's leading companies and a great place to start your career as a Graduate Software Developer.

As a company, our purpose is to drive change together.  Responsibly. We aim to improve the process of buying and selling vehicles in the UK by continually evolving the ecosystem to provide a better experience for consumers, retailers and manufacturers alike.

All our graduates start their careers in our in-house academy. We'll help build your knowledge of the automotive industry, so you don't need to love cars to work here. You'll also interact with our developer community from the start to understand our diverse tech stack and ways of working, which includes Agile, XP, Scrum, Kanban and TDD.

Teams are made up of Technical, Product and Delivery Leads, UX, Test and Data Analysts and Developers (Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, C#), and you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of teams during the graduate programme. Interactions such as pairing, code reviews and regular stand-ups will help lay the foundations for your career in software development.

Our graduate programme starts in October 2022.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a recent graduate in any degree discipline with a passion for coding and technology. We'd like to hear how you've complimented your studies and knowledge, whether that be through personal technology projects or university/community hacks you've attended. Feel free to share your GitHub, portfolios or articles with us.

As a digital business, we're constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to an ever-changing landscape is a must.

Our tech community values collaboration and teamwork, and you’ll be eager to learn from the people you work with and embrace the opportunities on offer.
