About us

We are a specialist youth marketing focused agency offering our clients a range of digital and paid services to help connect them to their audiences. We are growing the digital team and are looking for a detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive.

Our 30 strong team of marketing strategists, campaign delivery staff, and digital specialists deliver integrated marketing services to clients who are predominantly within the education and youth marketing sectors – a unique focus that has helped us differentiate ourselves from our competitors within the industry. As SEM and Social Media continues to play a central role in almost all our client campaigns, we’re now looking to bolster our digital team.

Our aim is to offer results driven, measurable, and exciting PPC strategies to our clients. To do this, we’re seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive who’ll be responsible for developing and implementing digital ad campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social networks.

You’ll be a digital enthusiast with a good understanding PPC and social media channels, in touch with recent digital trends and innovations, and can spot opportunities ahead of the curve.

With a focus on results, you will have a passion for data and analytics, but maintain your ability to develop innovative approaches. You will need to be a great communicator, confident in presentations, and keen to develop you own skills.

Preferred skills

  • Excellent communication skills as you’ll be dealing with clients on a daily basis.
  • Knowledge of PPC and SEM and a passion for digital marketing and social media.
  • A highly analytical mind and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
  • Good project management skills to manage constant workload.
  • Good creative writing skills with an understanding of best practice for writing engaging copy across different social and ad publishers.
  • Good proficiency on Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.

In this role, you’ll

  • Be responsible for campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across all live platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Create media plans and provide spend forecasts
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process
  • Regularly audit accounts to improve performance
  • Create documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results
  • Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaigns' performance
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise
  • Assist in developing the agency’s Paid Media offering, proactively suggesting new partners or approaches
  • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing.

What are we offering?

The salary range for this role is £26,000 - £30,000 and this is dependent on skills and experience.
