Aerospace, Defence, Security & Technology (ADS&T)
Our Aerospace, Defence, Security & Technology (ADS&T) team provides trusted advice and expert support to organisations in mission critical industries. So, when we say you’ll be making a difference, we mean your work will help to keep people safe, protect our national interests, and overcome some of the biggest challenges our global community has ever faced.
Infrastructure
Whether it’s an airport, a transport interchange, a university campus or the world’s first tidal lagoon, we love creating outstanding places that respond to the needs and resources of a contemporary world. Across all our markets we touch every aspect of social and economic infrastructure. Using the latest digital technologies, we make spaces and places work perfectly for people, while safeguarding our natural resources, to create a better, more sustainable future for all.
Our team creates all kinds of infrastructure, from power stations to pipelines, water treatment works to airports. Our people plan, design, and oversee construction on projects of sizes large and small, in the UK and internationally. We enjoy a variety of work with clients across sectors including energy, water, cities and development, aviation, and defence.
Joining our team, you might plan the complex construction for a nuclear power station or airport, help to tackle pollution with innovative wastewater treatment and sustainable drainage systems, design residential and commercial urban development schemes, or deliver essential drinking water systems to communities, making a positive impact to people’s lives.
You’ll be supported to develop general civil engineering skills in utilities, buildings and structures, enabling works and construction, giving you the flexibility to work across various industries in multidisciplinary project teams. Our team is represented in specialist areas too, including structural dynamics, seismic analysis, and blast and impact design, providing a depth of knowledge to learn from.
Nuclear and Power
Join the teams that have been engineering, delivering, managing and decommissioning nuclear facilities worldwide for over 20 years, from new builds like Hinkley Point C to on-site engineering for clients such as EDF.
We're driving evolution in the areas of offshore generation and transmission, energy from waste, electric vehicle infrastructure and the integration of smart grid technology. And we're also proud to play a part in reaching net-zero by 2050.
