We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Graduate to be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Graduate Programme, which will entail a 3 month international secondment to another Market Region within ASSA ABLOY. You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.

As a Marketing Graduate you will join us on our journey of sustainable growth for our Residential UKI marketing team.  We are proud of the products and services we provide and are looking for someone who brings passion, drive, and commercial creative thinking to elevate our products and accelerate our sales in line with our ambitious and exciting 5-year strategy.

What you would do as our Marketing Graduate

  • Build Affiliate plan to support growth in Yale home.
  • Review and map of all current affiliates, to include types of affiliate (editorial/deals & coupons/paid search/bloggers etc.), chargeback rate, clicks, conversion rates, revenue, % of our overall affiliate revenue, ROAS (return of advertising spend), whether active or not (what % of YH promotions do they get behind, tracked ongoing), other as applicable.
  • Approval of affiliate commission payments within AWIN.
  • Book content placements with key relevant partners, reflecting Yale home as aspirational yet accessible (maintaining brand integrity). 
  • Onboard new affiliates as applicable, having assessed the detailed metrics they provide, so as to ensure value is added either from a presence or increased revenue perspective. Be able to demonstrate this within the above mapping sheet.
  • Work with PR Agency on media partner affiliates and attend Bi-weekly meetings (virtual).
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure the development of compelling and relevant materials
  • Provide ongoing support in the preparation and execution of events from planning stages through to on-site delivery.
  • Control and manage the processing of ordering POS (Point of Sale) and general print requirements.
  • Craft clear and compelling key messages that highlight the company’s expertise, innovative products, and value proposition in the fenestration industry ensuring consistency in messaging across all PR materials and communications.
  • Extraction of content from the existing Business Unit websites and re-upload into new.
  • Enriching products within Akeneo.
  • Work closely with IT and Marketing to understand how to build out the new websites. Planning and process build overview.
  • Have an understanding what is happening in the Retail and Trade environments - what's important to the retailer, what they're asking from a manufacturer, what are the opportunities we can leverage from them. 

The ideal candidate will have

  • A degree, preferably in a Marketing or Business Studies field.
  • A keen eye for detail and the drive to work consistently to the highest standard
  • The ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritise deadlines whilst under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of an organization
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook, with the confidence to put forward ideas and constructively challenge
