We won’t be asking for your CV for this role. Why? Because your potential can’t be packed into a side of A4. To get to know you – the real you – we’ll ask you to complete some basic registration questions and our task based assessment instead. This gives us a much better feel for how you’ll fit into the role, taking into account all the qualities that make you, you. If you successfully match the criteria for the role we will invite you to a video interview. If you pass this stage the final stage will be an ‘on the job’ assessment and a final interview.
Our deadline for completion of the basic registration questions and our task based assessment is midnight on 30th March 2025.
We’ll review your application after the deadline has passed. Therefore, please expect to hear from us about whether your application has been successful by the 4th April 2025.
Successful candidates will be invited for a first-round video interview after 4th April 2025. We hope to hold final round interviews on 14th, 15th and 16th April and hope to make an offer before the Easter Holiday weekend!
If you’ve got any questions about the process at all, we’re all ears!
