    Our powerhouse Creative Team is the engine behind the development and execution of a range of broadcast content for Hearst Networks EMEA. The team devise and deliver bold on-air and off-air campaigns, crafting standout short-form content, branding and promos for Sky History,

    The History Channel international, Crime + Investigation, BLAZE, and our streaming services – History Play, and C+I Play. We’re also shaping the future of entertainment with our dynamic FAST channels – Mystery TV, Inside Crime, World War TV, Deal Masters, and History Hunters.

    This is a permanent position. This role will be hybrid, based in our London office 2 days each week, working across all brands.

    Key responsibilities

    • Support role for a team who produce on-air promos, above-the-line campaigns, channel branding, advertising for social platforms including TikTok and all creative output in all markets for each of the Hearst Networks EMEA brands.
    • Research, select footage and self-op edit the most suitable content to produce effective promos and social content for all brands.
    • Remake and reversion promos and branding for the international territories which are run out of this office. These include Poland and the wider CEE region, Nordics, Germany, Benelux and South Africa.
    • Script and write, direct voiceovers, commission graphics and partake in cross department creative sessions.
    • Have strong digital and social platform knowledge and be across trends that engage with our audiences.
    • Be a noisy and disruptive force creatively challenging the norm and coming up with ideas that answer the brief in a stand-out way.
    • You must be highly organised with the ability to manage a series of deadlines at once. It is important you take a keen interest in current trends. Your ideas will help to drive growth through excellence working with some world leading and highly renowned brands.
    • You’ll be given training on our in-house camera kit, with an expectation that you’ll film internal events, and additional behind the scenes or digital content on our larger shoots.

    Minimum requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of production tools in editing and digital media, with an understanding of how to operate the Premier Pro editing system.
    • Evidence of being a strong ideas generator with passions for writing, creativity, design and television.
    • Good communication skills, happy to get involved in creative and marketing challenges.
    • A good awareness of television, social platforms and direct to consumer streaming platforms.

    Desirable requirements

    • A reel or portfolio of creative work.
    • Some experience in broadcasting / advertising.
