Our RBC Student Success Summit offers a unique one-day opportunity for students who identify as being from Black Heritage backgrounds. The opportunity is open to those who will finish their education in 2026 and want to take their crucial first steps in their career journey by joining us for one day to learn about the dynamic, diverse, and challenging world of investment banking. You will meet and learn from inspiring experts within the bank, meet our graduates, participate in engaging workshops, and network with members of our Employee Resource Group network. You will experience first-hand RBC’s culture, which is often highly ranked for our Diverse & Inclusive environment.
Application process: following the application deadline on the 21 August 2024, applications will be reviewed by a team of RBC colleagues. Select eligible applicants will be invited to the event. Additional event details will be communicated at that time.
The Student Success Summit will take place on 13 September 2024 in our London office, located at 100 Bishopsgate.
