- Get advice from women leaders on how to get ahead and advocate for yourself in your early career

Who can attend
You’re an entry-level candidate currently studying for your first undergraduate bachelor’s degree, or
You’re pursuing a master’s degree while having completed your undergraduate degree less than one year ago, or studying an integrated masters
Those who identify as women or non-binary
You’re graduating in 2025, 2026, 2027 (or 2028 if on a 4-year course). However this event is particularly relevant to current first and second year undergraduate students
You’re attending university in the UK (if you’ll be attending in person)
You’re on track for a 2:1 and can demonstrate academic excellence
Additional skills gained from extracurricular activities/work experience will be viewed favourably

Icebreaker session with the Student Leadership Board
Join on camera or use the chat to meet other attendees before the keynote begins.
Welcome and keynote talk from Deloitte
This session involves logging onto the Zoom Event and listening to the welcome session and keynote talk from a senior leader from Deloitte.
Panel discussion: Intersectionality in the workplace
This session will be led by the employer representatives. You'll be able to listen to the session and add any comments and questions in the chat.
Break
15 minute break to digest what you heard in the keynote and panel talks.
Ask Me Anything with senior women leaders
Ask questions to employer representatives, get advice for your career journey and hear top applications tips from the firms' early careers teams.
Break
15 minute break to digest what you learnt in the Ask Me Anything session.
Skills session: Strategies on how to self-advocate in your career
45-minute skill-building session. In this session you can listen, take notes and add any questions or comments in the chat box function on Zoom Events.
