Graduate insight into securing a Summer Analyst internship with Deutsche Bank

We recently caught up with Yinuo, student at Manchester Business School, who was kind enough to answer some of our questions regarding her successful application for a summer internship at Deutsche Bank in Human Resources.

Why did you choose this firm and this role?

The company is definitely professional and the diversity it is promoting was really appealing to me. I chose this particular role because I am passionate in the area, and the representatives from the division were very inspiring.

What was the toughest part of the application process? And your favourite part?

The toughest part was the Assessment Centre, however it was also my favourite part. I found it quite challenging but I learned a lot throughout the day.

What three top tips would you give your fellow Bright Network members?

1. Practice makes perfect.

2. Treat each application/process seriously.

3. Appreciate the learning opportunity.
