What motivated you to apply for your role?
“I applied for my specific role as it was in the public sector, so I knew that as well as being challenging, it would be interesting and rewarding.”
What was the application process like?
“The application process was efficient and each step was explained very well. The assessment centre was challenging but also enjoyable."
"The employees interviewing me made me feel comfortable and as though they were very interested in what I had to say."
"I would say that the most challenging thing is waiting to find out if you’ve been successful or not at each stage.”
What have you learned from going through the process?
“I’ve learned that it’s important to have confidence in yourself and to think about the positive lessons you’ve learnt from all the different experiences you’ve had.”

“Have confidence in yourself!
Try and remember that it’s not in anyone’s interest to make you look bad.
If you have one bad application, try to not dwell on it too much before moving onto the next one.”
Tell us about the future. What's next?
“I’m looking forward to meeting all the other graduates in the company!
I’ll also be sitting my accountancy exams throughout the next three years which will help me to expand my knowledge in the sector.”
