    Working as a Sales Development Representative at Sustainability Leaders (part of World 50 Group), you will play a critical role in the growth of our Sustainability community. You will create the fuel needed to grow our membership and have a huge impact on integrating environmental and social sustainability into some of the world’s largest businesses. You will be a member of our fast paced sales development team and will be our eyes and ears in the market, building relationships, providing feedback and gaining commitment from senior executives in multi billion-dollar organisations.

     

    What you can expect from the role

    On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for cold-calling prospects, building a sales pipeline and educating the value Sustainability Leaders is delivering to our community. You will become an expert at using lead generation tools and be able to conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips. If you’re passionate about understanding how business works, providing a world-class customer experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role is perfect for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contact senior sustainability executives via telephone, email and LinkedIn
    • Arrange qualified sales meetings for the Sales Directors
    • Educate prospects on the value that Sustainability Leaders delivers to its members
    • Identify and connect with new contacts who align with the Sustainability Leaders value proposition. Are they a perfect fit for our community? Do they embody a collaborative spirit, possess a low ego, and have a desire to share and be vulnerable with their peers?
    • Continuously update and maintain accurate intel on prospective members

    What you can look forward to working at World 50 Group:

    This opportunity offers a £28,000 basic salary with an uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of £40,000-£45,000 in your first full year.
