Role Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Graduate Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and clients, providing a platform for professional growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
    • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and targets.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress and market trends.
    • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position Valere Group in the market.

    Requirements:

    • Graduated with a minimum 2.1 in any subject
    • Passion for real estate and the property industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
    • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Immediate & unrestricted right to work in the UK
    • Available to work in the London office 5 days a week
    • Available to start ASAP
