The Client Relations & Services department at TPT Retirement Solutions maintains and develops the relationships with our clients as well as providing Actuarial, Covenant and Professional Services to our clients and the business.

    Client relations

    • Supporting delivery of client communications, including reporting and data analysis, and issuing mailings within required timescales
    • Communicating with pension scheme employers, addressing their day-to-day concerns
    • Working with TPT’s internal systems to undertake research and analysis of our internal data and reporting on findings
    • Producing and checking Investment Performance & Funding Reports.
    • Assisting in the production of Funding Attribution Analysis – establishing the key factors behind performance.
    • Assisting in the production of client presentations

    Covenant services

    • Preparing financial analysis
    • Company monitoring: reviewing financial statements and management information for signs of distress, and conducting internet searches for signs of adverse media attention/reputational damage

    Actuarial funding services

    • Supporting the team in preparing various reports and management information (MI), including preparing annual reporting accounts for sponsors regarding their pension scheme, and reviewing previous accounting disclosures to be included in the current year's accounts
    • Helping to prepare MI regarding our Defined Benefit schemes

    Professional services

    • Working with other TPT teams to undertake research and analysis in relation to the provision of new Additional Services to clients and prospects
    • Helping to prepare MI regarding our Additional Services pipeline

    Skills and qualifications

    • Currently studying a degree or Graduate with less than 2 years post qualification experience.
    • A STEM subject is desirable because the role contains data analytics and MI.
    • An interest in finance and financial services.
    • Experience of Microsoft Office tools.
    • Knowledge of coding (e.g Python and Matlab) and Power BI is desirable.
    • Ability to collaborate as a team and good interpersonal skills written and verbal.
