About the Role

The UK Content Programming Team is obsessed with everything to do with great TikTok content: identifying and promoting trends, producing filters and effects, driving content discovery and ensuring a fun and safe community for all our users.

Sitting within the Content Programming Team, you'll be joining the Editorial Team, to work on creative solutions to bring key moments and content categories to life in-app by launching and supporting campaigns that inspire creativity from our broad user base.

As the Content Programming Editorial Graduate, you'll be supporting key Content Programming activities and functions, including: coming up with creative and editorial concepts and campaigns; managing and reporting on key campaigns; monitoring and analysing in-app content; being responsible for backend processes and scheduling.

You'll spend time in-app understanding and learning about the content eco-system, to develop content-guidance and best practice, which you'll use with and provide to other teams across the business when collaborating on campaigns.

Qualifications

  • You must be in your final year and looking to graduate in 2022
  • You will have passion for TikTok, entertainment, social media and popular culture. Being a TikTok user is a must!  
  • You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of trends and in-app content, with an idea of what makes certain types of content successful.
  • You will have a hands-on, humble attitude, and a willingness to learn - no job should be too small to be considered, or too big to be attempted.
  • You will have excellent communication and copywriting skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, paying close attention to detail.
  • You will be confident working independently, not afraid to voice your opinion, and eager to work with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
