    As a START Programme Trainee, you will go through an intensive 16 week In-House, Tesla service training programme designed to provide you with the skills necessary for a potential successful career within our Greater London Area Service Centres. The Programme will start on the 01/09/2023, and we would look to initiate first applicant assessments in early July.

    During the programme, you will develop technical expertise through a blended approach of in-class theory, hands-on practical work, and self-paced learning. Trainees are also given enhanced soft skills and customer facing best practices. This programme is running only in London (Heathrow) and will look to graduate all successful trainees into our workshops across London Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham and Dartford.

    What You’ll Do

    • Learning and understanding of all Tesla vehicle products
    • Participate in team-based activities, both classroom and practical
    • Always follow safety protocols
    • Always maintain consistent and professional behaviours
    • Demonstrate an ability to learn efficiently through a fast paced training programme
    • Demonstrate ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
    • Pass the final assessment to graduate from the programme (including manager interview)

    What You’ll Bring

    • Demonstrable mechanical, electrical or engineering based experience. A recognised certification in automotive is preferred although not required
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must hold a FULL UK driver’s License
    • Must be able to work in London Heathrow over the 16-week training programme (no relocation provided)
    • If successful, must be willing to relocate upon successful completion of the program across our Greater London Service Centres, Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham and Dartford
    • Be able to work in a team-based environment and achieve set goals
    • Must have a "safety first" attitude
    • Excellent computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
