Are you passionate about design and development of new digital learning opportunities for our clients? As an intern you would help us turn complex information from experts into simple, easy-to-understand learning materials for our client platforms.
Note, that this is a 10-week internship with an expected start date on 23th of June 2025. We have a hybrid work scheme with a minimum of 3 in-person office days required each week.
About the role
The world of Life and Health Claims Professionals and Underwriters needs to keep pace with rapid changes in multiple spheres including medicine, data analytics, and the global economy, in addition to welcoming new joiners to these roles as waves of significantly experienced people retire.
Responsibilities
- Develop learning maps and storyboards for multiple types of content and delivery mechanisms, including in person and animation videos, eLearning modules, podcasts, and webinars.
- Collaborate with our platform vendor to develop our learning and development presence and packaging of content.
- Work both independently with mentorship from the project sponsor.

Working in Life and Health in the Global Underwriting and Claims team, we deliver market leading insight to our local teams and clients to help them excel in both underwriting and claims. The team consists of medical doctors, tools gurus, researchers and underwriting and claims experts located around the globe.
About you
You are a detail-oriented professional and a creative thinker, comfortable working both in a team and independently, with a passion for learning and helping others learn.
Essentials
- You are either close to completion or have recently completed your Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong oral and written English.
Nice to haves
- Experience in using learning and development tools such as Vyond and/or the Articulate suite.
- Prior experience in developing digital learning programmes. #LI-Hybrid
