Sportradar’s People Services team is currently recruiting a Learning & Development Manager role. This newly created role will work in partnership with business stakeholders to design and deliver training that builds capabilities and powers business growth. Working autonomously and with external providers as necessary, this person will take ownership for the delivery of key elements of the overall Talent Development strategy.
This person will also create effective processes and play a key role drive our Talent Development strategy focused on performance-driven culture, leadership capability, and fostering a meaningful environment that allows employees to learn and grow with the organization.
Role
The main mission of this role will be to enhance organisational capability through delivering relevant frameworks, tools and learning pathways/opportunities, as well as the operational day to day management of programmes and schemes. This position is both strategic in thinking and planning, and hands-on in developing and delivering training both in “classroom” and in partnership with vendors.
The challenge
- Partner internally with subject matter experts and leaders to help manage learning journeys that address key development needs
- Design, deliver and oversee the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Own and manage Sportradar’s Management Development curriculum
- Manage the Sportradar eAcademy LMS, contributing to the design and maintenance of the online platform, including content creation and the development of relevant learning paths
- Build relationships with external partners and research new providers to enhance our hybrid learning experience
- Develop programs metrics to report on the impact of L&D
- Develop, implement and manage new programmes such as internships and mentoring
- Partner with the finance team to maintain the learning & development budget and spend
- Provide support on ad hoc project work.
