What you will be doing
- Assist on the delivery of European projects / solutions across the services portfolio.
- Build knowledge and experience by taking over project deliverables.
- Engage customers by presenting technical information in a straightforward and engaging way.
- Examine trends and themes in data, guiding customers on the use of impartial data.
- Answer tactical questions from customers about products and solutions.
- Deliver services or small customer projects and/or solutions efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for from you
Essential
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Psychology or relevant discipline e.g. HR, Business
- Excellent communication and able to work proactively.
- Structured tools (Focus Group, Critical Incident)
- Comprehend fundamentals and be knowledgeable in statistical analysis of data using Excel
Desirable
- Assessment Center/Development Center Design concepts.
- Development tools/360 Feedback
- Experience on projects and taking care of customer/stakeholder relationships.
- spss
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
