    From day one, we’ll support you in developing the technical, digital, and professional skills needed to excel. You’ll work alongside diverse stakeholders and take on a liaison role with two senior groups, the Supervisory Board and Management Council alongside department heads and key functional areas.

    What you will do

    From day one, you'll be immersed in meaningful work. You will help drive operational efficiency, manage projects and contribute to data driven decision making. Your tasks will include:

    • The preparation and co-ordination of briefing materials, agendas, and summaries for board meetings and executive sessions.
    • Contribute to the organisation of Town Halls, workshops and stakeholder meetings cross borders.
    • Assist in risk assessments and regulatory compliance efforts.
    • Assist CCO with the management of cross functional projects.

    What you will bring

    We’re looking for an ambitious individual who’s on the lookout for an organisation where you can thrive and grow. To be considered, you should have:

    • A degree or predicted degree in Philosophy, Politics, Economics or a STEM related subject (2:1), together with
    • Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade A* - C or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4 – 9 including Maths and English
    • The right to work in the UK for the duration of the Graduate Programme
    • Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) - essential
